Cabernet Sauvignon

History

The vineyard grows along the banks of the north Para River. Surrounded by tall eucalyptus trees and shady weeping willows.

Color

Deep purple red and crimson.

Bouquet

Aromas of dark chocolate with a hint of mint and eucalyptus.

Palate

The wine displays ripe fruity flavours, complex blackcurrant and fine long ripe tannins. Two years in French oak barrels enhances this wine to be very well balanced.

Food suggestions

Duck and feathered game, roasted poultry, lasagne and pasta dishes with character.

Cellaring

This wine will surely keep maturing with good cellaring. The fact that it is under excellent quality cork, will also give it an interesting future.
