In 2006, Nautilus completed the second winery on the site: a new white wine making facility to process the Sauvignon Blanc. This facility allows to precisely control the winemaking process and has improved the environmental footprint of the winery by reducing energy requirements and waste.

The palate introduces a delightful lime/citrus based mouth-watering intensity and finishes with a strong textural component.
